Title: resize the interactive VFB window- Even smaller

On the documentation it says "To resize it, simply resize the VFB window", refering to the interactive frame buffer.

I can shrink it up to a certain point, but it won't let me go under about 450px.
Is this correct?

Yes that's correct - interactive rendering size in VFB cannot be shrinked below certain limit, as it is limited by UI elements. However you can use IR in viewport if you want miniscule size - it has no minimum limit.
