Did you try to seearch for it on 3d stock sites, like TurboSquid, CGTrader, 3DSky, etc? This is Corona renderer engine forum, it has little to do with modeling ;]

I've tried to search for it in many sites, but I can't find anything similar... Sorry if this forum is not the proper place to ask for it, thanks anyway!

Here's a quick and short cut-out from a tutorial about modeling one yourself in 3dsmax :). Takes probably half an hour, if you got time for that.

EDIT: Did a quick search and found something similar to your reference on Turbosquid. Not sure how exact match with your reference do you need though, so sorry for that :)

There was kind of script/plugin on scriptspot lately 4-5 pages away from the first.
