Cool. I realy like the exterior you've Chosen. Combined with the soft light it gives a great mood.

Woww very nice and very clean renders.
Can I ask about rendertimes and your rig?
How many passes?
-
IMHO style is a little '80s ;) but the renders look so good!
-
thks
about 4-5 hours render time depending on pc ... pass o think 200 - 300 i dont remember

Love the soft diffuse light! Are you using sun/sky or an HDRI? What's your post processing setup like - the images are very photographic.
-
hi ....
light is only rectangle (big) to help fill the light .. , sun and plane outside help the reflection and give some light to.. no hdri no sky
post prod. i only give correction in some colors and some shadow dramatic in left side ..
with corona post prod. is mutch easy and quick
the carpet it was a test... (not aproved lol )
-
Awesome, thanks for the reply. Quite an interesting setup - seems counter intuitive as sticking plane lights in windows appears to have been all but phased out in favor of more physically correct lighting setups, but your renders are amazing so obviously it's still a good approach!
One last question, did you use a white color for the sun, or a standard colored sun and then adjust the white balance to get everything so white?

So to understand this correct, it's just a low value sun for shadows, and a big square light outside the window for the fill? background plane I assume is not emitting light?
Interesting approach, but works well!

hi
yes big rectangle corona light outside , little sun for shadows (diffuse) and 2 planes with corona light material 1- for visible and another to get some reflection and some adiction light with temp of the image.
-
hello,
what you use for glass? "thin (no refraction)" in material parameters or a real box such as 12 mm?
-
thin no refration to give only some reflection and dont dificult the light ... but i used map for the condensation ..
