Why was the Adaptive Light Solver moved from 'Performance' to hidden in the 'Devel/Debug Mode'.

And should it be on or off by default?

Hi, thanks, we are working on the update.

The solver was moved to "development/experimental" because it is not something that should be changed by the user any more, unless explicitly requested by our team.
It is on by default and should be always on.

Perfect thanks.  I think I turned mine off due to bad experiences previously with older versions.  I've just turned it on and saved myself about 3 hours render time.
