setup is c4d r19 & r18 and corona last release candidate (release candidate 4 )
I use normal sky obj with light material (HDRI) and if I delete or change the HDRI map the viewport don't updated (if I deleted the sky obj, in the viewport still HDRI appears)
But the strangest thing the object (cube for example) is affected by the Hdri update...
Is anyone experiencing a similar phenomenon?
-
Not that I'm aware of, can you share a screen recording of said anomalies or your scene?
-
As you can see the green it is observed(good)
The red is when I deleted the sky object you can see that the background remains and the material's reflection has changed
You can also see that when I deleted the sky object in a very very very strange way HDRI works better (wtf?)

Does Sky stay after you restart IR?
Am witnessing constant erratic behavior with IR lately and this also happens among other things (+ shadow catcher turning black & objects disappearing, just because of simple changes as is phong tag angle, object soloing, editor visibility...), but at least IR baboon doesn't crash or attack... hahaha :)
Edit
Also, just found out HDRI textures applied to Sky objects are reverted (mirrored) on X axis (FIX: set X scale to -1).
&
After rotating Sky object, shadow catcher keeps the projection from the camera. This can be observed only in active camera view. In viewport view (out-of-camera) shadow catcher shows as it should (is correct).

how I can restart the IR?
The bugs are fixed in the following version?
-
how I can restart the IR?
To restart IR, either:
A. Simply, Close IR window & Start/Open another one,
or
B. On CFB top bar menu:- Click Stop
- Click & Hold Render (submenu opens) > move cursor to Start IR & Release

The problem has not been solved, in my opinion it's a software bug

I think it's best to send us your scene to check. The private uploader is in my signature below ;)

Successfully uploaded as 1541098012_testcorona.c4d. Now please post the filename into your bug report thread.
I hope you can see it :)
i have 2 hdri img in my scene the I cant upload this in Private Uploader so just take any HDRI you have on computer
-
Thanks for the files, we'll take a look. Also, on the uploader page there is a link at the bottom for files up to 10gb. ;)

Nothing odd happening for me, unfortunately. The only thing I noticed in the scene is that you aren't applying your HDRI's to a Corona light material. Apart from that, when I delete the sky it deletes...

Strange..I try to delete the Cinema and install again Maybe it will help
-
I'm not sure that would help but no harm in trying. I would also suggest installing our latest release B2 final from here: https://corona-renderer.com/download
-
At the end of the reinstallation was not helpful, at the end it turns out that the problem was in the project's TEX folder I deleted it and created a new one and the problem was resolved
thanks for support.
