Hello to everyone!
I have a similar issue. I am a long time 3ds Max and Corona user, I use it for Archviz. Since I installed Corona 11, Max started crashing on every scene, in the middle of render process. I couldn't use Interactive Render at all. So I thought that probably my computer was not able to support the program anymore.
I bought new PC last week, with strong config: i7-14700 K 64 GB RAM, 20 cores, Motherboard Mag Z790 Tomahawk MAX, Nvidia RTX 4080 Super 16GB, BeQuiet Dark Power 13 1000W and Deep Cool Mystique 360 liquid cooler, and Corona still crashes. I tried with Corona 10 and it crashes too. All the other software that have high system requirements work like crazy: Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, D5 render, also 3ds Max works just fine until the render.
I have contacted support and sent them my scene (very simple), minidump file and my system config and they said it works well on their end, and that it might be due to system overheating? How come other real-time software don't cause such a problem. Maybe it is because they use GPU, so is there a problem with my CPU?
Does anybody have the solution or an idea what might be the problem?
Thanks!
P.S. just now, I was able to render a simple scene with planes and teapots, but as soon as I imported object from Chaos Cosmos it crashed again.
