Refractive glass without shadows added

Refracts rays from camera, but does not form caustics, so it lets light though and does not cause fireflies:

Great! Thanks so much. Is it supported absorption too? So,  can we have  transparent colored shadows?

Ondra:
For direct visibility yes, but the shadows won't pick up absorbtion color

So, isn't it possible this effect?

Ondra:
You would have to do it with the refraction color itself, not the attenuation.
