Parsing the scene
When I use a texture in the emission slot it takes at least 30 sec to start rendering.
Any chance you make this multithreaded ?

Its because sometimes the presampling of lights is not optimal (too dense). I hope to fix it until the next alpha version. Try decreasing the textured lights resolution in main settings tab.
