Yeah, sorry for that. We haven't had the manpower to throw at SketchUp for a few months now. Fortunately that will change in the very near future and we'll be continuing the SketchUp development from April.

Ryuu, no worries, noise is solved with some extra render time ;)

Are you using denoising? There's probably a bug that the image is saved without denoising blended in.

this bug was reported @mantis since last october...

I am always happy to see great works made in other apps than 3ds Max such as this one! Images produced with each host application have different atmosphere in them, I cannot explain it, but it's probably because of different workflows used. For example there is a lot of "abstract" images made in C4D, 3ds Max is more "technical", and I think Blender images usually have more "artistic" feeling in them. Definitely looking forward to more Blender works!

Many thanks Maru! I agree, I use Corona + 3ds Max at work, and results compared to Blender are not the same, i would say that blender is a bit experimental too...

would you show us how you setup the volumetrics for scene   I tried 100times but its not working for me

Sparky, my scene is set up inside a cube, the cube has volume material, and very important to put your camera OUTSIDE the cube, you can also use global volume material but it is slower to render, see attached image for volume material parameters, hope this can help you

hello guys,
I have been away 3 weeks on a holiday, so had no chance to test the latests releases... but here comes an image I did to test volumetrics and DOF, done with blender 2.77a and the version 2.4.4 of the exporter.

Hi blanchg!
First of all I would like to thank you for bringing back to life this great exporter, a couple of years ago I used it and it was a sorrow that Joel could not continue developing it...

1. I wonder if is possible that the materials reflect level can take a texture/map input to control the reflections intensity?
2. Are normal bumps supported?
3. I have not figured out how to make the Ray switch shader work, any ideas? same AO shader... (I use corona + 3D max at work and I know how to make it work)

Here comes a couple of my test images.

When I exported the .dae as quads and imported to sketchup the UVs looked fine in the viewport but were completelly messed when rendered (see first 2 images)

Could you please file a bug report for this issue with the scene attached for testing? (https://corona-renderer.com/bugs)

Hi Ryuu!
I reported this issue with the scene attached, sorry for my delayed reply I just came back from holidays

Hello guys,
Here come some few test renders, I was testing with 3D furniture from the Carl Hansen web page, the models were exported as collada (.dae) from Blender, and then imported in sketchup
When I exported the .dae as quads and imported to sketchup the UVs looked fine in the viewport but were completelly messed when rendered (see first 2 images), when exported the .dae as triangles the UVs were fine in both viewport and render
It would be nice to have lights / light material, and portal lights

hi guys,
here comes a couple test images with Sketchup + Corona for Sketchup + Skatter...
wonder if normal bump is considered on the roadmap?

hello guys,
today I had my first contact with Corona for Sketchup, so this is my very first test
80 passes in 25 min on a laptop i7-4810 mq @2.8 GHz
for this scene I used UHD for global illumination
my wish list: bitmap to Control speculars (reflections), switch to turn sun ON/OFF, hdri support, material override option.
this software is promising!!
