What happened to the Corona c4d helpdesk?
My bookmarked link gets lost on the Chaos site…
https://support.corona-renderer.com/hc/en-us/categories/4403310029841-Corona-Renderer-for-Cinema-4D
Corona not showing up on the “help portal”
Can you please post a direct link? Thanks!

Hi, we moved all our articles from the Corona help center (https://support.corona-renderer.com/hc/en-us) to the common Chaos help center (https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us). This is because we are sharing a lot with other Chaos products now, so for example the articles in the FAQ > Licensing section apply to Corona and other products; same with installation, etc.

There are also some technical reasons of this - for example we are now using a singe contact form ( https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ) so that all tickets can be correctly split into the relevant support teams.

Currently all Corona articles are in a single folder - https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/sections/4526265417105-Corona

I understand that this is not an optimal solution and that the categorization was much more user-friendly in the past, but please note that:
- we are planning to improve this ASAP (this is really important)
- the search option in our help center works really great
- if you cannot find what you are looking for - feel free to contact us - we will help you

Please also note that any C4D-related articles have the name "C4D" or "Cinema 4D" in their titles.

I hope that helps.

Thanks for the feedback.
Would have been great if the helpdesk stayed on the old server till the new help portal is ready.

On the helpdesk? Because it's the universal Chaos helpdesk. None of the articles for any of the Chaos products have their logos on the helpdesk :)

At the beginning there was only Chaos, Night, dark Erebus, and deep Tartarus.
