As noted, Corona's physical camera shutter speed is limited from 0.01/1s to 1/1000s (100s to 0.001s).
Which can't conform to C4D Physical Camera properties or even real camera standard options.
Often times 1/1000s doesn't suffice, especially if user wants to conform to real world values - ie. when photographing on a bright sunny day stuff like the snow or waves breaking on a beach, clouds, shooting specular elements, volumes, sunset/sunrise...?
User needs to bypass the limits by breaking "real-world-like" workflow setting extra small aperture which destroys DOF which then takes it to fiddle with sensor size, which takes precious time and finally bites on an artist's soul :p
Pretty please... :)

Edit:
But also... Damn I'm slow sometimes!
User would rather want to be aware and simply adjust, click-click, set preferred Exposure (EV) value.
Joy phase on!
