Title: No lights in symmetry
Post by: spawnik on 2019-11-21, 16:08:31
There is problem if you put Corona lights into the symmetry object. Light are rendered only in the original positions. I have to use geometry with the the Light Material to substitute Corona light but can't use IES with that solution.

If you need to blame somebody, blame MAXON.

I'd imagine you could place nulls or "stand in" geometry, and then use the replace functionality after symmetry to move lights to those positions?
