Yep, we will attend this years End user event. We will do a presentation on Corona, with lots of behind-the-scene info and Alpha v7 announcement.

Presentation in progress ;)

Unfortunately none of the presentations at the EUE are allowed to be recorded, so I doubt this one will.

See below for a quote of the FAQ of the EUE event:

Will there be any video recordings made available from EUE sessions ?

No for two reasons, this tend to lower the quality of the speeches plus EUE is an experience which can only be matched by beign there !

But speakers could post their presentations later to public - as Carsten (from Nvidia) will do.
So, may be we could get Corona presentation at some point later for users that are not going to EUE :)

BR!

This sucks but I can understand it. :)
But i don't. Both reasons is bullshit, IMO.

But i wouldn't watch those presentations anyway, so it's ok :]
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

I have to agree with Romullus... but it's an EUE organization choice, so... :)

BUT... what is more important... A7 release please? :D

And also, another important thing... pricing please!!! I want to start saving for my max and maya licenses!!! I need them both :P And I hope we can maintain the no licenses needed for backburner rendering in both, maya and max :)

Cheers.

Well I don't want to act like an EUE host or something like that, but once you've been there you understand why they exclude any type of filming for broadcast production. It really is a very small event in a pub without any intention of making a financial profit out of it. They don't actually... The beauty of it all is that they arrange some of the best in the CG industry to come there in a very informal way to share their knowledge. As for the people who keep returning there it's always a nice welcome back to see eachother again after a year and catch up.

So to keep it informal you don't want to be disturbed with a camera knowing that this presentation is gonna be all over the net. I do know that sometimes speakers put their presentation online and perhaps Corona will do that as well.

If you can't make it this year I hope you will the next year and for those who will be there I hope to have a chat and share some knowledge about this industry.

I totally agree with you! My self I have attended all the previous editions of the EUE, I can recommend everyone (if possible) to attend the EUE.
This year I hope to see and discuss with fellow CORONANAUTS at the EUE.
