Cosmos Keeps Refreshing - On MAC

Hi Cosmos Team,

It seems that the Cosmos interface has a new issue. I am once again on my Mac. The issue appears to be that every 10-15 seconds the Chaos Cosmos Interface automatically keeps refreshing itself as if it is trying to reconnect to its server. For example, say I've clicked on the "Materials" category or on an asset category, the window should remain static and still. Well in my case it automatically refreshes itself and goes back to the top of the home page. I uninstalled the browser and reinstalled it, but the issue persists.

FYI I am using Corona 10 which is probably why it has this issue. Does anyone else experience this?

Good morning.

As requested please see attached video. FYI I uninstalled corona 10 and installed the latest version of corona 9 from the home page to see if this can be fixed. However, the issue is still there. No matter where I scroll to, within 30 seconds or so, the browser refreshes itself and goes back to the top.

This is happening for me too. Endless notifications of 'ula' running and no way to turn them off. Ventura 13.1

Come on Chaos. This is rediculous! Sort it out please.

Same here on my MacBook Pro M1...The cosmos browser or the Chaos license server apps are absolutely the bad applications ever....I must disable it and login manually on the browser to get the license running...
Very disappointed....all has started by installing Ventura....

It appears to be something new in Ventura OSX that has caused this issue. Until they release a fix you can uninstall the ULA from Applications.

What is wrong about the answer you received? Have you tried doing that? Maybe you should not assume that support is bad just because you think so?

ULA is the Unified Login Application. It's not the Chaos License Server or anything like that. You can safely uninstall it and it will not cause any problems. Aneliya is an experienced specialist. If you would just follow her recommendations, that would make life easier for everyone.

I already tried to stop the ULA background app and I didn’t get corona license on my computer without it. So I don't know if ULA is a component of the license server or something else.
These packages follow YOUR Corona render installer so I don't know where uninstall app is stored and also ULA is not an app but a user agent running into background started on Mac startup and scripted by a plist file with some rules inside.
Did you never seen the chaos cosmos and chaos license server folders? There are apps and executable files without icons into it in a total confusion, is impossible to understand where files are stored. Absolutely a total chaos!
So please, if Chaos is developing some apps without quality control is not a my problem.
I absolutely love Corona Render...but not Chaos Group app...

Sorry about but this is not the right way to make support. What means “you can uninstall ULA from applications” answer? From where? Where is the uninstaller? There is not a uninstall app but only folders in a total confusion without icon with duplicated names and folder.

Right now is impossibile to work with this ULA background app that popup continuously into background...very disappointing...this issue is not only from ULA but from CBCservice too, cosmos browser.

If you want to delete my post...do it without problem...
I’m a corona costumer “day one” with two licenses on my studio. If it were possible to pay corona render and not chaos group apps I would do it!
But don’t worry I will try by myself to find a solution.

I’m not here to disrespectful your job. As I said I love corona developers and I respect them for their jobs but chaos apps are a total disaster with a very bad development and quality control. I redirect tons of costumers to corona shop for buy it because we have a CGI school here in Italy, so we love corona render but the low quality of chaos service apps is very annoying.
