Title: A VFB small bug
Post by: tma on 2018-11-23, 19:45:15
I could not consider that as an annoying one but :
When cliquing some button on the vfb window (erase /save) then quiting it;  it will lead to minimise the ArchiCAD window (tested on ArchiCAD22)

1-Open the vfb from the corona menu
2-press ( erase ) /or (save)
3- close the vfb windows

Hi, thank you for the bug report! I confirm that this also happens on my system, only the ARCHICAD window is not minimized but it is sent to background. As far as I can tell, this is an issue with ARCHICAD internals that would be very hard to fix. Because the severity of this is not high, other bugs and features will be prioritized over this.

yeah, I think we can live with that for the moment.

I can't reproduce this in my current build. I'm marking this issue as resolved.

Corona Renderer for ARCHICAD Alpha 3 (DailyBuild 2019-06-26)
Corona version: 4
ARCHICAD version: 22

Thank you for your report!

Thanks for fixing the issue, but I can still repoduce it on one scenario:

- Interactive render
- Instead of stop, click on cancel
- Close the vfb windows

Thanks, tma. I still can't reproduce it on my computer - please see the attached video.

Hi,

The cancel button is the one that is on the VFB window ( the one that pops up when ckicing on the stop button), and not the one that is on the render window.

As said before:
- cancel the render ( through the popup menu)
- close the vfb window

Hm, still not able to reproduce it -> video attachment. Let's test it in the upcoming daily build again :)

Ok,I've discovered that this happens only on one screen. Actually, I work on two screens:  A laptop and an external screen.

If, the archicad window is on the laptop ( which is set as an extended display ), there is no issue.
However, if Archicad is on the main ( external) screen, the issue happens.

Perfect, thanks for a more detailed explanation.
