Displacement size controls in CoronaDisplacementModifier

I'd like to see displacement size controls in CoronaDisplacementMod together with override checkbox. It would be really nice to have local control over displacement subdivision.

give us one more try to make displacement flawless without tweaking subdivision rates in 1.5, only then we will consider adding those contorls ;)
