Will there ever be a corona render grass?

There is already, because C4D has mograph, cloners, effectors, and the like :) Stuff that Max did not and does not have.

(I am assuming you mean a scattering system)

If you don't have access to MoGraph, you can also make some grass by using Corona hair. :)
