Hey everyone,

I'm currenty struggeling with our IT Department because they seem not to be able to extract the A4 files correctly.
Could this be a real thing or is there a possibility to download the installer from somewhere else?

Any help would be much appreciated!

I did not quite get it if you are unable to download the installer, or to extract the downloaded archive, but if it's the first one, then you have probably port 8080 blocked. I will PM you an alternative link.

Finally i got my computer back and managed to install A4 and A4.1 by myself. So it seems like that again the problem was the IT department and not Corona!

Thanks again for alle the help! This thread could be deleted if nedded, because the issue is resolved

Great. I am just curious what did the IT department do that they were unable to extract a .zip archive.

I honestly can't tell you...

I just loaded the file you provided and the download/extraction/installation worked flawlessly!
And of course right after i was happy I got A4 to work, A4.1 got released, but it just worked like intended as well.

So I'd just blame it on them for now if there isn't any other similar cases...
