One Scatter for the jellies, so far working good. Now, how can I apply the suggar to all of them?
Also, do I have to have one Subdivision to each mesh inside the scatter? Because if I put them inside a null the Scatter will scatter the whole group which is not desirable.

Hey guys,
I did an experiment to practice Multi Shader using a very simple material, SSS and a little displacement. But I noticed a lot of slowness to render this image. Are there some parameters that we can adjust to drastically reduce this render time? My processor is not the worst, I'm using an i9 12900K and honestly a scene like this in 5K would take more than 5 hours letting it clean well. It doesn't make sense to me.
I stopped the render at 8% noise, the noise reduction is undoubtedly very effective, but I still think it takes a lot of time for an image like this.
I would appreciate any help on this.

Take a look at this example, why is this procedural texture rendering too smooth on the bump channel? That's not working as expected. If you connect it into the displacement channel, it is rendering properly.
We should  have a pretty close representation of this texture on both channels.
Is there some parameter I'm missing in order to make it work properly?

If that's a duplicate, please delete it. Would be very nice to have the feature of right clicking over a connection to add a new node already connected. I think 3Ds Max behaves like that, a real time saver.

Guys,

Why I'm getting this weird bump projection. I couldn't figure it out what I'm doing wrong.

The curious thing is that when I open a new scene and apply the same noise over a sphere it doesn't happen.

Hello there!

In a situation like this where we would like the ground plane to be quite white (not gray) and at the same time preserve the nice gradients from the light planes over the metal. There is a way to recover the highlights of the metal lid without compromising the white of the ground plane. If we increase the value for highlight compression too much, everything starts to turn gray and lack contrast.
This is a question where I always have to save two images and compose in Photoshop, am I doing something wrong or is there a better workaround for this?

Hi guys, take a look at this. Same file, layered material working good with SSS. When I turned off SSS for the Choco inside material and turned on Volumetrics, it seems to be going wrong. Absorption color is set to black. Why am I getting full transparency for the material?

Hi,
Playing around with SSS to get closer to the reference, but it seems SSS in Corona doesn't offer to much control straight out of the box.
The effect is to weak and we should be able to go further than the 100% in order to achieve a more real visual representation.
Any idea how to do that?

Hi guys,
Figuring out how to deal with these settings and I could notice that the value of 2 is a good balance but still leaves some artifacts. What is the drawback in lowering this number? longer renders times, memory?
Also, what is the World Size option for?

Does Corona have any documentation files? I couldn't find it on Chaos' website.

Hi Guys, would be nice to have an option to bring closer the clones inside the defined areas (splines). Sometimes you have a few clones, but they end up too far from each other. And if you size the spline down you mess with the clones.

Does it make sense?

Hey guys,
Experimenting with some materials from library but it seems not to work very well. Also tried to convert it to physical and again no success.
How should we deal with them?

Hey there!

Tried to stack a few materials with displacements and masking them with vertexmaps but they seems not work. The mask only work for the base layer.

That's really disappointing, am I doing something wrong?
