Hello everyone,
I made a studio render of a bottle of wine (family little production) to test glass and liquid materials and dof. I tried displacement but it crashed very often.
Every corona rectangular light is combined with a translucent panel to blur the edges, as there's no possibility to put a texture in the lights.
The render took 25 minutes.

Hope you like it, bye.

I like it but something is wrong with the bottom of the bottle, reflected light bends in a very unnatural way. I think there should be much smoother transition between side and bottom. I would also (maybe) try to make the ground plane a bit glossy and less reflective (or give it a small fresnel IOR).
The label is also not in my taste but it's not what we're discussing.

To get those soft light box reflections, you can use a material emitter, put in a hdri map softbox light, it should work.

cheers
