we are still not planning to do the exporter ourselves
just wondering - simply hypothetically - how much need be donated to corona team for write (or update existing) exporter to blender?

And this is - a very cultural. Good luck to you in 2700k (and something like noctua)  in inserting the matchbox - the main thing that is not puffed matchbox.

we are happy to see the photos of this perversion.

cheers

At the moment I'm running 2700K and I'd love to get something more powerful.

And just not to climb under the desk - to buy small CASE and then another small mobo and then another wonder - will get you there normal full size video card - for me it's stupid.

just assemble another case with 3930k CPU (or if you tiny budget - 4770k) from ebay and other part buy from local shop "new". And put you 2700k in DR corona - and you will get 2x power

Miracles do not happen - that all this stuff in a small housing need serious cooling or everything will be cool (CPU and 970) is also very strange that due "don't have to crawl around under the desk to plug everything in" place hardware in  Micro ATX much better wires put on the table - it is better to withdraw should be done on the table.

If you don't consider overclock 5930K it not worth money at all. I just put some table from inet - if I chose myself, I would have bought 5820K or 4770K
with some OC 5820K catches 5930K http://forums.overclockers.ru/download/file.php?id=25354&mode=view

4770К @4.5ghz = 9.87pts (little under 3930K) but 2011 is much expensive and 2011v3 even more...

[Max] General Discussion / Re: Corona GPU
« on: 2015-06-21, 01:21:30 »
And I was a little thrown over to the fan:
CPU is sad. AMD not give us in last 3 ears not one good cpu. Intel in terms of good jump on 2600k then on 4770k (or 3930k someone - that) and now 5820k. And this is in shot words 5 ears of life. And they don give us posibility to use several cpu's on one MB, even xeon - 2 cpu for MB is this standard version is above all more expensive so that it is easier to use DR. All other options is one - DR but for DR for each cpu we must have another MB, another 32gb ram, another SSD+HDD, another PSU.
BUT for 4 very fast gpus for example need only two powerful PSU that it.

Good example
and
conform this http://render.otoy.com/octanebench/results.php?sort_by=avg&singleGPU=1 8xGTX 580
it is = 4x980 Ti and they easy can stay in one case in sense PSU (2x1000W) and mobo - 4 PCIe its easy, and 980ti have 6gb vram. And again - look on speed in video in octane and vray.
I just hope that ondra in a secret from us develop corona on GPU. Even maxwell
think about gpu :)

And some more videos for GPU+corona vote (i hope Ondra already see they all) - in description render time\per frame
and if they give to users even 75% of what they promise here
http://home.otoy.com/otoy-unveils-octanerender-3-worlds-best-gpu-renderer/ it's strange that Ondra not interested in gpu and again I just hope that ondra in a secret from us develop corona on GPU.

the makers of Blender had the foresight to forbid us to do it.
how they can do this? If octane can integrate in blender then, probably, corona also may(?) be  - can.

Maybe you should record a presentation and put it on YouTube? I think everyone would be interesting to see.

to be added when everything else is there, it will be pretty hard ;)
right approach, and I think if users be know, what feature most hard to add - then the result of votes be other. (may be in quotes right in vote pool add the hardness of adding feature?)

I think  Distributed rendering its very very need feature - for me one thing not suitable of corona - is render time - but if I could use over 10+ render nodes (who have same cpu as mine one) as well as I do in vray - it would be great
