[C4D] Daily Builds / Auto resizes IR not working on VFB 2.0

Hello,

 I have an external monitor and IR VFB 2.0 doesnt adjust to VFB size, the legacy VFB works fine.
Vertical monitor seems to be the problem, I tried setting up horizontal and it worked fine.

Also the color are quite different as you can see in the pics.

Hello

I'd like to request the format .PSD to be added to VFB save options.

Also the mac version doesn't show the extension like .tiff but the full name, showing the extension would be a nice lil improvement to UX.

[C4D] Daily Builds / Incorrect colors on VFB x Pic Viewer RC3

Hello all,

I facing this color/light issue while using vfb and picture viewer, I have 50+ renders to do and the way to optimize this is using Takes, I do all the tone mapping ajustments and lights (using lightmix) for the final render. The problem happens when I use Takes to render all the pillows and it doesn't pull the settings from VFB and renders as seen in the picture.   

As far as I know Ican't use VFB to render takes correct? Only PV

I'm on windows 11 latest

[C4D] Daily Builds / Can't resize cosmos assets

hello,

Quick question here, just recently i downloaded vray to give it a try and notice the assets  from  vray cosmo are resizable just by using the transform tool. The corona version is not resizable, at least on my machine either on mac or windows. The only way to resize the asset is by converting to mesh. Also notice on the video attached that it is very possible to resize by using the transform tool.

Could this be a bug ou a setting issue?

Latest daily release on mac and windows.

[C4D] Daily Builds / HDRI from Cosmos come as Plain White IMG

Hello,

Noticed this bug in the last 2 daily releases v10s.

I download a HDRI from the cosmo browser and it comes as plain white exr, I tried changing the color profile values, intensity, gamma and nothing happens.

I does work to import from local disk my own hdris, it loads up ok. One thing that is worth mention is that Studios HDRI downloaded from cosmo does work as expected.

I'm new to the windows platform and I share my account with a mac version which works ok. Maybe I'm doing something wrong , Idk.

Also having lots of crashes (closing the whole thing) while clicking to render, unfortunely it does not create any bug reports, even cinema doesn't even notice it crashed and doesn't warn anything to report. Also checked the folder for bug zip.

Latest Cinema 2023.1.3
Latest corona Daily release.

[C4D] Daily Builds / Mac M1 LOW POWER MODE bug lives on.

Few ppl here already reported this few releases ago and the bug lives on..

Very simple, on the macbook settings has an option to save battery called "Low power mode"

If you're not on low power mode the render speed drops to 600-750% (processors power), when you switch it on to Low power mode the processor's cores go full blast up to 900% ish speed.

It wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't have to use other apps that are very affected by the low power mode turned on

tested on lots of differente scenes,
it's not a Heat problem

I'm on Macbook pro 16 m1
tried on Cinema 4d r25,26 and 2023 latest version
Corona 9 final release

I just tried to install the RC3 version and it removes the RC2 version installed and does not install the RC3, all the folders are gone.

I tried a few times and no go.

Mac Monterey 12.3 intel

Hello all,

First of all it could be my faulty for missing something, I checked the sky settings, changed viewport resolution, viewport filters and option and no go. :/

Not sure if its a bug or something I'm missing

[C4D] Daily Builds / Messy ViewPort Screen 7 Hotfix and Beta 8 - Mac

Hello,

The bug happens out of nowhere in the viewport, the screen gets glitch and keeps flashing. It happens on version 7 hotfix and beta 8 on s24 or R25 for mac, R23 is fine on both version.

Seems to me it happens when it refresh the viewport.

Setup:
Mac mini M1 - Big sur 11.6
Tested on S24 and R25

Hello everyone,

I'm reporting this bug that has happened in a couple of render already, right after the initial pass it pop the error window, it happens when in IR or final render.

Not much to say, just hit render and it happens.

I'm on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 - Cinema 4D R23 latest

Hello everyone!

Reporting this issue after installing the latest release corona 7 build 12/31
Mac OS Catalina Latest release
Cinema 4d R23.110

The scene was created on the build 7 11/19 using the corona select material, as I open the scene and click on Corona Select Material C4d will close without showing any crash messages. It crashes creating a new select material or on existing select material.

Let me know if you need any more info. thx

Hello,

Any ETA on this? We're going for years without this feature for c4d, 3ds has it for a long time now. It's probably something most ppl don't care about cuz they create their own materials.
I understand that developing for max is more important cuz the majority uses max, but the C4d users are getting screwed having to pay the same amount monthly and getting less.

I checked the roadmap for future release and all there is "a pool of big ideas" no updates on the matter.

[C4D] Bug Reporting / Crash Report - When change Scene size while in VFB IR

Hello,


I've been getting this crash a lot of times since corona 4 , here are the steps:

In IR using region render, I stop the render to change the resolution to a bigger size (to get more details), I change the res and when I start the render again it crashes, if I change while rendering it also crashes.

It happens to different scenes and cinema R20 - 21

Corona 5 RC2 - Cinema 4D r21 Mac - Mojave OS
