[C4D] I need help! / HDRI Image sequence

Hi,

how can I load an hdri Image sequence in corona for c4d?
Normally in c4d you can just load it as bitmap and set it to animation in the bitmap shader. But this seems not to be supported by corona? The corona bitmap on the other hand does support animations.
Any ideas?

how can I get the Corona AO working for both sides?
Meaning concave and convex corners
Attached are two images for eather concave or convex working. What I need is both at the same time.

Hi,

how can I get Masks or Passes of Objects that are behind another transparent Object. For example behind a window.
I tried to use the compositing tag and uncheck the visible in mask for the glass objects but that does not work.

Any other ideas?

Unfortunately if I run the remove unused Material Command from Cinema it also removes the Volume Material from the Global volume slot in the Scene Environment tab which is kind of unwanted.

Possible to fix that?

Unfortunately the Normal Direction Shader does not work inside a Layer Shader.
It does work otherwise.
Any chance to have it working inside the layer shader as well?

Is it possible for Corona to support the new enhanced OGL with corona material to have this fantastic editor preview?

Or is it always baked in the beauty pass?

Hi,

it would be nice to have the volumetrics (Fog) as a seperate render elements.
As far as I can see here (https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000515645-what-available-render-elements-are-there-) it is implemted in max.
Will that be soon available to C4D as well?

[C4D] Resolved Bugs / A6 RC5 no multipass

Hi,

I don't get any channels in the latest release.
MP is activated and channels are added.
Worked fine before.
C4D Studio R17 on Windows

EDIT: After restart I do get the channels but they look like this. Only colored stripes ;-(
They look fine in Corona VFB

first of all congratulations for this nice release!

One question though.
Where did the R G B settings in the tone mapping go?
In older versions you could adjust the r g b values from 0-100%

The "visible in mask" option does not work.

Not in the CompositionTag and not in the RaySwitchMaterial.

What I'm trying to do is this:

[C4D] General Discussion / Turn off Shadow for Trees

Hi,

I have some trees in my scene but I don't want them to cast any shadows.

I tried to use the compositing tag and disable the "cast shadow" option - but nothing happens (bug?)
Then I turned off "Seen by GI". In this case the shadows are gone BUT the Trees look like sh.... Very wasehed out.

Any way to have Trees without casting shadows?
