Title: Crash in viewport IR when changing a material

I got a crash when I changed Material.3's Self Illumination color (it started updating/finally rendering and crashed).

1578767427_crash-with-mat-change-in-IR.zip was uploaded.

C4D 21.115, Corona V5 Hotfix 1, Win 10 latest.

Thanks for the info and files. I can't reproduce it here but we have the reports so hopefully, we can find the trigger for the crash.

I did not yet happen again, so it's either fixed or was a "temporary misbehavior".
