Hi everyone.

I think this is my first post on the forum. And today, I want to share with you my last CGI work done with Corona.
This about a black interior haussmann style. I used 3ds, Corona as I just said, and Photoshop.
It was a first for me to try to render a black interior.

You can find a lot of more images and details view about this project on this behance page too:

I hope you appreciate, and don't hesitate to tell me your opinion.
Thanks.

Nice job, i love it ! Lighting is really pleasant and natural. Contrasts and colors are well balanced (wich is not that simple on these kind of interiors) and really contibute to the overall image quality. Shader details are great also. And that floor is insanely well executed. congratz

Oui Français.. ;)
tres beau clair/obscur.. plus explicite avec ces mots..
 ;)
I put the translation if not my post it's deleted ..

j'aime egalement les bokeh de ta dof....

je me repette mais je suis un nouvel utilisateur de corona... de longues années d'archviz et autre graphisme 3D sur d'autres soft, du coup je m'interroge sur certains parametres dans Corona..
mon site : www.hyh.fr
merci d'avance.

I also like the bokeh of your dof ....
sorry but I am a new user of corona ... years of archviz and other 3D graphics on other soft, so I wonder about some parameters in Corona .. my web site www.hyh.fr
To obtain this kind of contrast, these dynamic colors and this brightness, which specific settings do you use? Are there special settings for the setup render? What sources of light? .. a lot of post prod?
Are your render dimensions the ones shown on your images?
I know it does a lot of question .. replies if you can / want ... :)
thank you in advance.

Merci Yanosh HDRY
Je vais répondre en anglais pour que tout le monde comprennent.

So, for the settings render, I left all settings by default. I didn't touch anything in settings except the nombers of pass I wanted.
For the lighting, it's a simple Corona sun + sky. My sun is very low and blur. I wanted to light my scene with almost the environment.
And of courses I tried to find the better brightness/contrast/DOF with a CoronaCameraMod on each cameras.

For render time, I didn't have any deadline, it's a personnal work. So I left turned Corona around 4-5 hours, around 250-300 pass, to clear maximum noise in dark areas.

About the prostprod, this this a raw render and after:

Absolutely gorgeous work! You have nailed the lighting and materials. I am a recent convert to Corona and your work is inspiring. Ever since studying photography I have enjoyed working with lighting and the texture of materials in response to that lighting; a room like this would be my photography wet dream!

Is that parquet flooring a commercially available texture? it looks like each panel is individual geometry so I am guessing each has it's own material? I would love to know where you can find such high quality materials if you don't mind me asking!
