can't install chaos-corona-12-update1-c4d-win on window 10?

I have two PCs, and am trying to install the latest Corona update on the machine that has win10.  I get a blue error message pop up saying "This app can't run on your PC.  To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher).
I have tried both with and without admin privileges.
I installed successfully on the PC that has windows11 a few days ago...  but this one has me stumped.
I have all required Windows updates installed.

ok, resolved.

I think my unzip app (Unarchiver) must have corrupted the .exe file, and it wasn't recognized.  I have re-downloaded, and used 7-zip to unpack, and works file.  I've also un-installed Unarchiver, LOL
