THe collab button not working.

Hi. The Collab button isn't working for me. I've watched the youtube video of new features and can see how it should work. I'm using Cinema 4D R20. Is this a known bug? Thanks.

What does it do, get stuck showing it's connecting? It  can be slow sometimes. You can also try logging in separately by heading to https://cloud.chaos.com/collaboration/ in a browser. And if all else fails, it may need a ticket via https://support.chaos.com/requests/new for further investigation.

EDIT - after logging in via browser, see if the upload works from the VFB. You can also of course use the browser and upload things manually too, not just as a work around here, but it would also enable sharing and commenting on, say, mood board or example images rather than rendered images.

Hi Tom. It just started working after a restart. Before when I clicked on it nothing happened and it didn't even load. It's a great new feature along with the virtual tour. Is there a limit to the number of tours I can create?

No limit :) Create away! Don't forget things not seen in the release video yet (but will be in the tutorial) which include being able to add a mini map (e.g. a floorplan, or a render done from the scene using an orthagonal overhead camera and Slicer to cut off the ceiling), and the ability to add Highlights (like a comment but without a discussion, e.g. to embed an example image that might say "The marble is based on the example you gave us" and then include the example image).
