Like it as usually David :) simple and clean, maybe the sky it's a bit too desaturated (?), even I know you used to desaturate some of your works in this way. I paid atention to the second image, and the foliage in the right up corner have some white edges ^^ (I don't know the car's name, I like the doggo)

Thank you guys!:) It would be a bit less clean if it was up to me, but clients in these residential projects always desire that clean look for the advertisement purposes.. I desaturate the sky a little bit subconciously, probably so the building itself come up .. That has to do also with the white borders you mentioned, I actually forgot to adjust it :D The cause is I changed the original sky from the HDRI, that had a little bit higher exposure in that area.. (and corona has a little bit of issues with these edges  on alpha layer when some harder DOF is applied, but easily fixed in PS)

The car is actually Skoda as well (Kodiaq in the back), model Monte Carlo :) Such car you wouldn't actually expect to be a Skoda .. :D  (http://isthat.info/uploads/skoda/skoda-popular/skoda-popular-05.jpg)

+1 , I am thinking about this everytime my pc freezes in FR with full scene on .. would be really nice

Hey,

Did you manage to find solution/what is causing problem here?
Happening to me on regular basis when using DR 1.6.1 and it's getting quite annoying..

In my case 3dsmax usually gets frozen during this cleaning up stage so it's even more frustrating, fortunately I can still save the renders but I'm not sure if they've been denoised or not..

That's a kickass ivy :- ) !

(do you use sharpening ? Seems little excessive)

Hey Juraj, Thanks for the comment! Like usual it has that "higher value" feel coming from you. ;)
The ivy is generated with growivy plugin, using actually your model of foliage shader as its base.

Yes I think I overdid it with a shapening a bit as well (I think I always actually overdo postpro and mostly go back and redo it), but this time it worked for me overally .. But yeah I might take ur point and try it with a bit gentle one. The "fault" may also be with clarity in camera raw filter..

Hey guys,

After some time I decided to share one of my personal projetcts..  This shot is the first one from my personal case study of unconventional family house, mixing modernistic and brutalistic elements and natural materials, which goes hand in hand with wild power of local flora.. And low bright evening sun just strenghten the whole atmopshere..

very nice. hdri only for lighting?

Well lighting, reflections refractions .. I somehow felt like adding different backplate in that main exterior shot .. But that's the only shot where it is changed, at least for now :)

Try filtering on your opacity map, it should help a little bit..
But this happens to me as well, so you can use a little trick with photoshop : Control click your alpha image (which will select white) then go control shift I to inverse selection and then modify selection - expand (1-3px) depending on your resolution ..  then you can use soft brush with black color to get rid of these pixels causing trouble..  It takes some time to get it done nicely but its worth it I guess..

Good luck!

Hi guys,

After some time I decided to share one pic with you, from the current personal project i am working on in my spare time.
During my architecture studies I became quite a fan of earth-sheltered houses, so I decided to design one myself, as an inspiration for my potential future household :)

There will be more pics coming, but as it is a personal project, its quite hard to find enough time to finish it :)

I really hope you like it and any comments are welcomed! I haven't decided if I like the bw version better so I will post both..

Thank you ! One thing I dont actually like about it is the gloss and the darkness of the floor, which looks kind of dead :D it is probably caused by the light coming from behind the camera, and it has pretty much nothing to reflect..

Here is how the floor looks like when showed in the window angle.. much nicer..  its a shame its not possible to get this effect from this angle :)
