Hi guys, i rendered a scene with DR and then it stuck around 10-15 minutes.
DR log:
- Downloaded scene ...
- Render for connnection #1
- Received sampling focus mask (region ...)
- trying to save invalid strip: 0 0 0 0   <--- this is the uncommon line which makes my DR stuck.
- Started EXR dump
- Finished EXR dump
- and so on...

not a big issue but i experienced this twice and i dont want this occur again. so, what things in my scene which can make my DR stucked with that uncommon line following?

Hi Crista, I've been rendering a few scenes with DR last week and this week and everything was working fine. I used newest DB build (18.4.2018) which build did you use?
Can you describe your scene? Or even better are you able to upload the scene so we can take a look?
Are you using VPN?

Thank you :)

hi Dung,
it was rendered with win 7 SP1, max 16 SP4 (both WS and DR node), and Corona dailybuild Apr 18 2018. Only use one node.
The scene is not big, one room interior, 4.5million polys, no portals, using coronaCams, no displacement, no hair & fur, very low output resolution (1400 x 1000 px) and we can say that its not a complex scene generally.. but contains few imported sketchup objects.
VPN is only in my android, not in PC :)
yesterday the invalid strip issue occured again once and stopped the DR.

Btw, where can i find the DR log files? i'll upload the scene with the DR log.
Thanks

Please send this file to our support: C:\Users\noel.INTEGRAGROUP\AppData\Local\CoronaRenderer\dr-exr-fail.exr

i will send the file once i have a chance.

Hello,

Did you uncheck region rendering after the rendering has started ?
If you used BackBurner, did you change the output resolution from BB settings ?
Just asking, because we got the same issues as you weeks ago, just because of the 2 things above ...

hi Nicolas,
Did you uncheck region rendering after the rendering has started ? i'm sure no region was active.
If you used BackBurner, did you change the output resolution from BB settings ? no, because i didnt use BackBurner.
i simply restart 3ds max then render it again, and the issue was gone.
Thanks.
