These materials (and some others) are currently being remade. Will be available in the new minor version update.

That's great to hear - thank you for the update!

1. Is there an ETA on the minor update?
2. Will there be an email sent to Siger users should the update become available?
3. Are there any plans to expand or enhance the Siger material library going forward?
4. What is the best way to contact Siger for support - the official support address is not responsive.

1. Currently hard to say. Very soon ;)
2. Yes, email notification will be.
3. Yes, in plans are a lot material ideas. Now will be added some new granite materials.
4. Sometimes our server is attacked (DDoS, etc.), so it happens that we lose some emails. As much as possible, I try to answer and help via support(at)sigerstudio.eu

@Siger, will Siger Noise and Siger Scratches be updated for Max 2020 and Corona Rendere (v6) - are these assets already available?

For Max 2021 use version for Max 2020.

Thank you for clarifying, I was just about to post that I was able to access the 2020 versions of the plugins through the Customer Area on the Siger website. Thank you!

Hi, yes. Already fixed. A new minor version update is already being prepared: compiling and testing setups.

@Siger any news on the update?

Also, it looks like Siger updated the Material Manager lab scenes for generating material previews. Is this correct (see attached)?

@Siger can you comment on the intended surface dimensions for materials like the interior wall paint, e.g. 40x40cm, 1x1cm, or 2x2cm?

Info about texture real size exists. Interior paint real texture size is 200x200cm. Meaning, the texture covers the geometry of the 200 x 200 centimeter.

@Siger, I was studying the Interior Paint (Flat/Matte Sheen) collection in the library and I noticed that the following materials all have a significant GREEN tint. Is this intentional?

- WallPaint White Aluminum Flat
- WallPaint Papyrus White Flat
- WallPaint Light Grey Flat
- WallPaint Agate Grey Flat

Hi, I don't remember (and can't check) at the moment, but the colors of the Interior paint material are from the RAL Classic or RAL Design palette.

The y-axis (green channel) on the interior paint is flipped, strength is inverted, and the strength is too high.

current:
flip green: false
strength: 1.0

recommended:
flip green: true
strength: -0.5

When you flip the green channel you are inverting the normal map, so why not leave it at the default (current)? Where is recommended from?

I agree the strength is too high up super close but that's personal preference depending on the distance / artistic choice.

I suppose I should post some images to illustrate the issue.
