For car paint, I've been using the layer material with a base, flakes and top coat materials. On the layers window, the flakes and the coat materials have a Fresnel in the Mask section. My question is, does that Fresnel mask provide the same function as if it was used directly in the reflection channel of a material? I think it does, but wanted to make sure.
