Hi guys,
This is my latest personal project.
it's made after some images I found online from Esprit Home.
My intention was to get more familiar with vegetation and exteriors in general, since I do mostly interiors. It was fun and the biggest plus goes to Corona and the team behind it who made a render which just works. No struggling or headaches. Good job guys!

Software: 3DsMax 2016+Corona 1.4+Md+ArionFx(Ps)+Lenscare;
Csun&sky + Cscatter with proxy for everything vegetation;
Render times: around 2-3h with denoise .5 on a I7 5960x with 64gb ram, but it took only 16gb in renders;

Hi guys,
This is my latest personal project. For very long time I wanted to make something on a lake and after long waiting I saw some images from Esprit which caught my attention.
It's almost finnish, this is a raw render straight from vfb, no post or anything. I used max2016, corona1.4, Md for everithing cloth, Csun&sky for lighting and Cscatter for foliage.
It has a 0.8 denoise.
I would love to hear some different POV.
Note that the contrasti effect is a personal taste, I like crisp colors, so I'm not gonna change that.
For final I would add some few more props and that's it. Maybe I would think for a night shot, but not sure and possibily an small animation but I have nothing in mind right now.

These are based on a real world interior, where the soket where intentionaly place like that. I found a bit distracting as well, but after rotated them horizontaly, I found that I like more in this position.

Please rotate those power sockets correctly, I always have to stare at them  :)

I encounter the exact same problem recently with too long times parsing. First of all, my scene was converted from vray, then the main vray scene had network paths for maps. After I converted it and start render , I got that error, and after I took all materials and check them by hand the problem still was. Then I made a search on web and found this topic. After I saw that some users said that a network maps path could cause the problem, I checked my path in asset tracking and saw that all my maps have "found" at the status instead of network (as original) or ok. Then I retrack all maps to my folder maps path and after that they got "ok" status but the problem still was there. Then I figure it out to make a new scene and copy all the objects in the new one, but the problem still was there; then I decided to create another new scene but now instead of copy all objects at one time with copy/paste script, I tooked gradualy with just one object at a time. And this way I found out that an object with some symetry modifier on top cause the problem, after I colapsed the object the problem was gone.
So I reply to this post because there wasn't a real problem answer to it and I thaught someone else like me will search for an answer and maybe they will have the same error because of some modifiers. In my case this was and colapse them it was solved. If others will have a different situation, will see.

I've never seen that ArionFX do such things to images. Do you process linear saved renders or already tonemapped ones?

I saved it 32bit exr and open it as they are in Ps, then loaded in Arion

Yeah, there is, but the reason is that I made te post in Arion, and used CA of it, and that's cause that effect.
I attached a non procesed image to see there is no such effect.
