Haus im Dol
is our most recent project we worked on.
A classical architecture style is combined with modern elements. The interiors also show that style mix of classical stucco profiles on the ceiling, handmade and manufactured woodflooring in contrast to rather modern furnitures.
The house will offer 3 apartments in total, all of them with their own parking lot in the basement. The unique selling point of this residential house was shown in the bird's-view we managed to match with a drone-shot.

Software: Cinema4D, Corona 3, Photoshop, 3DEqualizer

Very nice, the externals are very good, the internals sharp.

Great work! Interiors very nice, crisp and clean, I like that it is not redundant, that is done with measure.
But by far, best image is street view! Perfect composition, perfect light, perfect way to bring out best in architecture!

The drone-shot is absolutely tremendous, well done +1

Could you describe a little more how that render was composed?

We really appreciate all your positive feedback, thank you!!!

For the drone shot we were given a set of around 20 aerial photographs with completly different angles, positions, heights from around the property. We've then used matchmoving software 3DEqualizer to measure each of that shots with a bunch of tracking points which ideally should be visible in some of the other shots as well. After that it is able to calculate the exact position, rotation and angle of our desired final-camera in 3D-Space with a pixel deviation of less then 1px for a 4k shot.
The property including the fence is 3D with some corrections in Photoshop. Hardest part was to match grading of the photography and rendering and make them look good with all other images.

The aerial shot is perfect! I really love it. How about the lighting? Using corona sun & sky or HDRI?

Lighting for the aerial shot was done with sun+sky as it offers the best control for exact rotation, angle and sun-disc-scale to match the backplate reference.
The other exteriors use HDRIs from NoEmotion
