not sure how these priorities are set but 1.5 feature list looks pretty uninspired.
how any of these features is more important then VDB´s is beyond me but i guess the guys have their reasons.

sad to have had to move on to other engines but i still use corona as my bread and butter renderer. cant say i see myself upgrading again tho.

Well for VFX, yes. But we chose the list of things to do very carefully to maximize utility for archviz/product design users, while making it a faster release than 1.4. We will still have to do about 2 more archviz-focused releases to get Corona where we want it to be in archviz

I thought I'd add another +1 for VDB support. I understand if there hasn't been any more movement on this with the impending 1.5 release a few weeks away, but has there been any thought on implementing this in the release after 1.5?

We will definitely do it at some point, it is just that as long as we feel there is something to improve to make Corona better in archviz, we will do that other thing first
