Internal error in NVIDIA AI Denoiser.
Hi there,
I get these Error Messages, when I use Interactive Render on my current scene (Max 2021/Corona 6 Hotfix 1):
https://prnt.sc/xfoql9
I went through all the steps suggested here:
https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000048205
, but nothing changed (updated Corona using the installer and the Denoiser AI in the same folder). What I also did was to download the latest V-Ray version, too. Didn't help either. Couldn't delete any "optix" files in the MAXtoA_2020 folder, as there were none to be found there.
Any idea how to solve the issue?
PS_ My GPU is a Quadro P4000, latest drivers installed.

Hi,
I know this sounds a bit "IT Crowd", but did you try restarting your computer?
Cheers,

Re: Internal error in NVIDIA AI Denoiser.
Hi,
I guess the next steps will be to:
Update your graphics card drivers
Uninstall Corona and install it again. I would suggest making sure that the Nvidia denoiser is checked in the custom field of the installer.
Let me know if this works for you, unfortunately we don't have a one click solution for this issue so it will be a bit of trial and error to see what resolves it.
Cheers,
Rowan

Hello,
I wanted to quickly check if the issue has been resolved or if you are still experiencing the same problem.
