Hello,
can anybody tell me if there is a way to save the render elements I need only in the main .exr file? With Vray I was able to do it, but Corona saves both the main multilayer .exr file and also every render element on a separate file, which I don't need.
I know I could simply delete the files I don't need, but my problem is that I render on Rebusfarm and I download the images on a very slow network, so it could save me time...
THanks in advance for any help!

Patrick

Sorry for the delay. We have already received similar reports, so we are looking into some possible ways to improve this.

When rendering locally, you can use the "save cxr" option in the VFB or in the Scene settings, or you can use this script:  dumpVfb

When using Rebus/Deadline/other it is more tricky. They will either have to implement some custom solution (like running the maxscript on render end), or we will need to come up with a solution (e.g. similar to what Vray has).
