hard to tell about quality of your work... texturing looks very weak (noisy without bumps, normal maps, displacement...) material looks as if plaster, more stone-like than a skin... even beads look like made of some sort wannabe plastic (without SSS)
also there's basically no 'dramatic' / 'characterized' lighting
but most of all, i am missing details
