I have a 20 hour render (with 3 nodes) randomly just stop responding on me. all windows frozen, temp on cpu is down, no load going through 0% on cpu, Nodes are still rendering away but master machine is doing nothing.. any suggestions to recover from this? I've left everything open (hanging / grey dimmed screen) in hope that it will come back, similar thing happened the other day when I hit stop render (worry every time when pushing stop render or cancel incase of crashes).. but it did eventually return to me.

Any suggestions on recovery would be great, I can't afford the 3 nodes and 20 hours again.. (frustratingly looked at the machine 10 mins ago and considered stopping but thought na ill just leave it! argh) I have little faith this will return on my, the private working set memory has not changed one digit in the task manager.

Sad times =[
