Hello Forum,
maybe i missed somethng, but why do i get these differences(Artifacts) when rendering in IR-Mode and in VFB. The IR looks also a lot more blurry than in VFB. Im using  HQ Denoising and lightning via sky object and a hdr. Its just a testscene with a few materials. Never had this before... I also testet it in different Versions of C4d and also with different hdr maps.

Im using Corona Version 3.

an image rendered w/ low number of passes ~ low sample count, processed by AI denoiser will give such results

Yes, looks like you have NVIDIA denoising enabled, which will run over each pass during the IR (regardless of whether you have chosen it for the final render denoising). See the checkbox for it in the Performance tab section of the render settings, "Fast preview denoise during render".
