Can I ask about R20 Multi Instances? In Beta 1, Cestmir was working on geometry (especially on instancing - to make IR work with instances). Would his good work still be supported in the new powerful Multi-instance setting? Cheers

Chaos Corona for Blender / Re: Blender To Corona bugs

Hi, I am using win 10. Blender 2.79b.
Could you tell me if the ies are working when assigned to the material?
Please forgive me if I have not set it correctly. I am just finding my feet.

Porting and API / Re: Corona for Sketchup Discussion

Hi Michal, (Prokš),
I have just seen the great news! You are on the sketchup dev team.....full time!

Good luck with your new job.
Will you be starting a trello board for sketchup? It may save all the annoying post asking for news on the development.
Sorry, I cant help it.....how is it going? how long until the first alpha release? Can I join your beta testers? :D

Do you know if the corona development team have implemented the invert button in the new Corona version A4.1?
Any inside knowledge when it will be 4.1 will be released? :D

Thanks very much for the update. I will test it out properly over the next few weeks.
I'm still having issues with the alpha channel. The alpha is inverted! (please see the previous message).  Is anyone else having issues?

Looking forward to the “cream of the crop”, crème de la crème "The Dog's Boll**ks" render to be released. No pressure Ondra, release it when you are ready.

Does anyone know if there will be a C4d update V4 this week? Looking forward to seeing the new features.

Great job! The warm lighting makes the building very inviting.

Can I please ask a few questions?
How did you create the foliage?
Could you explain your lighting setup?
Many Thanks

Hi, I'm a newbie too. Fabio, please use this reply as a starting point only!
Render settings -> Click the button "Effect" -> Corona Multi Pass -> Click the button "Add Pass" -> shading ->Alpha. Drag a material or object over to name field within the Render settings box.
That would give you something to select and Mask in photoshop.
I'm sure there is a better way! If anyone can give a correct reply, it would be very much appreciated.

I guess you need to check "Alpha Channel" in the Render Settings -> Save

Thanks so much. I really appreciate your hard work.
If you could have a look at the alpha channel issue, that would be great. It's probably something stupid I'm doing!!
Not an issue or bug, but I would prefer to see the converted textures have less specular by default (that's just my preference). :)

Keep up the great work.

My own preference, I would spin the camera around 10 degrees to see more of the front door. Maybe reposition and add colour to the planters. Just nit picking. Overall a fantastic job. Congratulations, thanks for sharing.

Can I ask how you produced the excellent foreground?

I'm probably doing something wrong here!
Using the latest scene converter on a standard c4d material with an alpha applied. It inverts the alpha channel. So I end up with the areas I want to keep invisible. Where would I find the alpha channel properties in the corona material so I can invert it?  I can't quite work out how to use the alpha within the layerset! Thanks
