It is: Neva Chair by Ruđer Novak-Mikulić & Marija Ružić

PS
OP reference image is of renovation project Santa Clara 1728 by Manuel Aires Mateus.
There are also more than dozen other similar chairs around ;)

It is replica, they write so on their page:
Quote
"Highest Quality Replica Furniture"
This product has been handmade or crafted by skilled craftspeople using the finest materials. We are confident we offer Australia's highest quality replicas.

It's just a shame they don't have a clue about it's origin, don't give any credits to original authors/designers or they intentionally mislead customers.
Their words: "The Belle Bentwood Dining Chair is a contemporary Danish styled dining chair with Mid Century overtones..."
So, Australians be aware ;)

Thanks for the info :)
