I like first picture the most. Other two have too much dark colors for my taste.
As for the imporovements, scene looks great to me. Perhaps could use some dust and fingertips (especially on kitchen island).

Yes, AMD will release Threadripper 5995WX Pro in month or two. Same number of cores/threads but much more powerful Zen 3 cores. Should be atleast 25% more powerful overall.
As for Intel, they also plan to release their Sapphire Rapids HEDT cpu with up to 56c/112t. Intel current cores (Golden Cove) are even more powerful than anything AMD has at the moment so in theory Intel top Sapphire Rapids CPU might be even better than best 5000 series threadripper.

I m very interested how Chaos will handle marketing on their site of two products which do the same thing (Vray and Corona). It is like Autodesk situation with Maya and 3ds Max. Hopefully they can flesh out differences of both programs better than autodesk.

EXT and INT were built in about 200 hours. With C4D. The entire environment was created in C4D and rendered with Corona.
The aim of the project was to achieve a realistic environment. And to reduce post-production to a minimum.
