Title: Tons of Fireflies in Render (3840x2160 %2 noise and under)

Hello, I am having tons of fireflies occur in my renders, this is at high resolution and at less than 2% noise (200+ passes). Any ideas how I can fix this?

Are you using environment overrides here? There is a known bug causing this and the solution would be to disable the overrides completely or to use low dynamic range images for the overrides (e.g. JPG instead of EXR).
If that doesn't help, I would suggest resetting render settings (Render Setup > Scene > Reset settings).

Yeah I am actually using a reflection override - I will try that out thanks.
