Hi everyone,
I wanted to install version 5 (hotfix 3) on mac os x but it is not installed on the R21 but only on the R19, while it is sold as such. then I wanted to reinstall the V4 (hotfix 2) that I had before, but on the Corona website it only offers the (hotfix 3) which does not work either, so I have to work with the V5 on C4D R19. which bug all the time as soon as I want to open certain files...
the installation module speaks of update, but I had deleted the old file before installation, would the problem come from there?
how to get the version V4 (hotfix 2) can someone send it to me?

Hi Marc,
We haven't released a V5 Hotfix 3 version. The latest release to date is V5 Hotfix 2. In regards to the install issue. Could this be because of the folder naming change that came with R21? Unfortunately, I do not have access to a Mac right now to be able to check that. If you really need to access an older build, it can be done here: https://corona-renderer.com/download/old-cinema-4d

Sorry i meant V5 (hotfix 2)
But on the link that you offer me there is not the V4 (h2) only the V4 (h3) and it does not install no longer on the R21
I would like V4 (h2) only, please

Why is there no more choice for the R21 with the V4 when it worked before I tried to put the V5?

R21 compatibility was introduced in Corona 4 hotfix 3 - it was in fact the only change in hotfix 3 compared to earlier versions (so, hotfix 2 and earlier would never have worked with R21, which wasn't released at the time of the earlier hotfixes). 4 hotfix 3 is in the same folder (https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=26331.0)

Hi Marc, as mentioned in my initial post, the naming and folder location was changed by Maxon with the release of R21. The install location is: /Applications/Maxon Cinema 4D R21. It seems that our installer isn't picking up this change, hence the issue you are facing. You should be able to navigate to the correct folder for the install to work for HF3.

yes, I just noticed, so I moved the Corona folder to the correct plugin folder and it is present when C4D opens now.
