As Alex pointed, good to read and continue discussion in that thread.
But, none of the issues affect rendering performance (one does partially but that is bit different). Corona utilizes all the available cores. So does Vray in 3.3+ . Sadly...not all the softwares (Unreal4 doesn't....).
If you're buying it as workstation, but the <=64 thread Xeons with higher clock. No only because of the Windows10 issues, but also because processor groups suck (or software developers are lazy to pick up on it ? Not to blame them, 99perc. of users have i7).
