no prob. take care!

No no no, yes :D i could be more explanatory here is the link https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php/topic,1012.0.html
What i want to say to you, by looking your material, your white is too white...
Basically nothing is white 255.255.255 so if you make bunch of materials in your scene too white it will make your render times higher. So instead using 255 for white you should use 170.170.170 or use 255.255.255 and set level for diffuse to 0.7.
What are you referring is albedo element it is used just so it make it easier for you observing what has high albedo by showing it in red(you can switch to it in corona VFB)
Please read about it as it is well explained in forums.
Also this is just as starting point and one possible reason of your high render times and it is reasonable to expect render times going up when you use translucency, caustics or scene with more complex GI or materials.

Yo mate, please search "AlBEDO" on forum, things will be much clearer after.

cap holes if there is any(only if you have open polygons) if that doesn't sort this problem out try adding shell modifier to the ceiling if it's plane...

Render few images and stitch them together in Photoshop?
Try by selection region and split them in 4-5 portions they must overlap somewhat, save every region separately, then when you are done with rendering you will need PS or some other image processing tool to stitch them.
Ver1 PS: Open all images, add them as layers over one image(no need to resize canvas etc. it will do it automatically when aligning) select all layers and go to edit tab/auto-align layers, leave it on auto but you can choose from options what type of align you wish to be applied and after that you will end up with rearranged layers with layer masks, again select all layers(they will be selected already but in case you deselect them...) choose Edit/auto-blend layers to equalize everything, you can then flatten down all and if you done everything properly you will end up with one image that is stitched without visible seams. This requires regions to overlap... I think that PS had limitations to 40%(Didn't use PS for this long time)
Ver2: Stitch them by hand with layer masks but you will need to blend them "manually" to equalize layers.
Ver3: Use PTGui stitching software(best solution for stitching images)
Ver4:  Buy more ram
Ver5: Convert scene objects to proxy to save memory.
Ver6: There is plug-un for PS called Alien Skin Blow-up for up scaling images, and it's pretty good but don't get you hopes high.

Thanks.
Clients tend to obsess about all kind of different things but at the end of the day you have to keep fighting battle with them. It can be tiresome ordeal.

Thanks!
Reason not to do DOF in post? Well as i do lots of things in post anyhow i try to short my list and avoid any half-solution that can add possibility to end up with compromising at the end of the job and eventually to fuck-up .
Corona have nice DOF maybe it doesn't have so many settings as in another very popular plug-in used these days for viz :D but it gets job done. So i guess simple answer would be "Commodity" but it has disadvantages like fireflies etc. but that is so rare so i do not mind taking pen and do masking by hand and or adding some lens blur.
This is extreme DOF situation so yes i could get away with it, agreed but again, one more thing to think about...
Too bad i cant show some really interesting stuff...
Here is another MS. last for tonight.
Cheers!
