Although it's not necessary for them to be together, could you please try the following and see if the issue persists?:
-Re-run the Corona installer (use the latest official release from our webpage) to install Corona on the same C4D installation where V-Ray is.
-Make sure to use the "Custom" installation type during the process, and also make sure that the Chaos License Server checkbox is enabled along with the Chaos Cosmos checkbox
-Once installation is successfully complete, then visit the following address on your web browser:
http://127.0.0.1:30304/If everything is working as expected, you should be able to see all of your licenses (Corona and V-Ray)
Then, see if the issue persists, I mean, try to reproduce the issue following the same steps as before when you've noticed the issue for the first time.
