Thanks,

I am very grateful to the two great gods for their answers, but the problem still remains unresolved.
The same computer and windows, if you install corona2.0, there is no problem, this problem will occur from 3.0, and all computers are so problematic, there are about ten computers

Try removing all files inside the DR server folder - by default C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CoronaRenderer\DrData
If that does not help, can we move to our helpdesk? You can send us a ticket here: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
