Sin-cinnati is the first commissioned project of TALL•E studio and it's a two-level apartment in the city center of Cincinnati.
The main goal was to make it look warm, friendly and modern at the same time.
One of the distinction of the house was the big openings
so we took advantage of them with as much natural light as possible

Our work is done using 3Ds max,Corona renderer and Photoshop

Hope you enjoy!

Really beautiful! Great job!
I love the kitchen and especially that close up shot of the table with the lamp!

May I ask what lighting techniques you used? Area lights with HDR? I'd love to achieve something like this

You know you have some impressive work on your website.
As always, great materials, lighting and color grading.

Just a little detail, unless there is a Cincinnati outside the US, the power outlets in the bedroom look wrong…

I was about to say the same thing.
Very nice images. Also that stair is against code with no railing.

VERY VERY nice! 5/5.

Small detail; the electric wire (on the bedroom wall) would not be that relaxed in real life. ;)

Thanks guys,
Just to answer some questions.

The main lighting is HDRI with some light-planes on some windows,
About the plug I guess you are absolutely right, never though about that
Does it really matters if its against the rules? I mean its your home, you can just not mention it or something. When you are in the 3D industry you are actually missing lots of real life stuff :P

If an architect sees these images, he/she will instantly recognize this as a “fantasy” project.
No architect will propose something against building code.
Maybe your client is a real estate broker that just wanted some great looking marketing images and realism is not the first priority.
I guess it just speaks more for your own professionalism if you pay attention to those details.
