after rendering with corona render icanot save cxr file ,it show me this massege (an unhandled exception occured press abort to terminate the programe , retry to exit the programe normally and ignore to try to continue.)
, but i can save with other extentions like (tif,tga )
please help me saving with cxr extention ?

Please can you provide some more information?

Which versions of Corona and 3ds Max are you using? How are you saving the image, through the VFB? Also would you be able to provide a 3ds max scene?

Hi,

I have the same problem. I try to save in Cxr on my Google Drive and SOMETIMES it's impossible, and on my Windows desktop.. same result. But I can save the image with the extension tga for example. I don't understand why it doesn't want to save the Cxr extension.

Is the problem the file size? My last save Cxr was 15GB and ma scene is so big but not huge.

Thx a lot to help me please ! And sorry for my english i'm french.

I just ran into this with the latest Daily Build when trying to save a CXR through the VFB on the latest DB (8/23 build date.)  Windows 10, 1950x, 3ds Max 2022.  I'm going to render it out on my farm and try saving another way but very strange.  Like the OP I am able to save other file types fine.  Curious if there was ever any resolution to this...

Me too, same problem.
And if stop the render, max crush after cleaning.
Anf no automatic cxr saving during the rendering.
All this happened on last project, not the previous, just a week ago.. So I don't know where is the issue.

I'm on a 64 total ram. System.
The rendering process took 3/4 of total amount..
1/4 of free ram is not sufficient?

It was just a guess. We'll need some more information..

Which version of Corona and 3ds max are you using?
